We’re not sure if this will begin to happen in the UK, but any companies with a website should perhaps take a look at their Web accessibility after the US company Target was successfully sued by blind internet users. The lawsuit cites violations of accessibility laws.

AKreative is run by award winning film maker and writer Andy Kirkpatrick, one of the UK’s best known mountaineers.
“Climbing mountains was never a cheap hobby and in the beginning I simply paid my way by selling action photos to international magazines, funding my trips to places like Patagonia, Alaska and Greenland. On the strength of this work I began to pick up freelance jobs beyond climbing, working primarily for UK charities.
Maybe I’m a control freak, but it wasn’t long before I was taking the photos and then producing the finished media, be that print, web or video.”
